Building Inspections

All building construction, alteration and demolition work must comply with the Building Code of Australia.

The builder and/or owner builder must advise the Shire of Tammin during the course of construction so that routine inspections can be carried out to ensure that the building is compliant and has been constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications previously approved under the Building License.
